Class Capacity & Booking

• Max 5 clients per class for Reformer, (6) TRX, and Chair Classes)
  Intimate, boutique vibe = more hands-on cues, faster progress.
• Mat Classes- 10 clients per class 
• Waitlist Magic
  • Join anytime — free to cancel while on the waitlist.
  • Accepted into class? Standard rules apply 3 hours before start.
  • Pulled in 1 hour or less before class? No-show = no fee (we get it, life happens).

Cancellation & No-Show Rules

• Late Cancel (within 12 hours)
  $15 fee
  Applies to all classes except 5 AM sessions.
• 5/ 6 AM Classes – Late Cancel
  $25 fee
  Early birds need commitment — secures your spot in our smallest sessions.
• No-Show
  $25 fee (or loss of class credit)
  Except if pulled from waitlist <1 hour prior — zero penalty.
