  • Reformer 1.0 (Beginner)Perfect for newcomers to Pilates, this foundational class focuses on building essential skills and strength. You'll learn proper technique and develop the core muscles needed for more advanced movements in a supportive environment. While challenging, this class emphasizes precision and control over speed—it's not a stretch-focused session, but a dynamic way to master Pilates fundamentals and progress at your own pace.
  • Reformer 2 (Intermediate)Designed for those who've built a solid foundation in Reformer 1.0, this intermediate class picks up the pace while introducing fresh challenges. Expect a faster flow, varied exercises, and opportunities to refine your strength and skills. It's ideal for practitioners ready to elevate their practice with more intensity and creativity, all while maintaining proper form.

Designed to test your strength, endurance, and mastery of technique, it features complex sequences, quick transitions, and advanced variations. Prepare for an intense, rewarding workout that challenges every aspect of your Reformer skills.


Reform Jump Class 

Jumpboard Cardio Blast – 50-Minute High-Energy Reformer Class
(Beginner to Intermediate – (Not Pregnancy-Friendly) 

Get ready to elevate your Pilates practice with our signature Jumpboard Cardio Blast! Perfect for beginner-to-intermediate clients who are comfortable with basic reformer work and ready to push their limits.  This class is not suitable for pregnant participants due to the high-impact jumping, quick directional changes, and intense core demands.
