Fair, clear, results-driven policies help keep every class focused and welcoming.
Class capacity & booking
Reformer, TRX, and Chair classes are limited to five clients, creating an intimate boutique setting with more hands-on cues and faster progress.
Waitlist
Join the waitlist anytime and cancel for free while you are waiting. Once accepted into class, standard rules apply within three hours of the start time. If you are pulled in one hour or less before class, there is no no-show fee.
Late cancellation
Cancellations within 12 hours are charged a $15 fee for all classes except 5 AM sessions. Late cancellations for 5 AM and 6 AM classes are charged $25.
No-show
No-shows are charged $25 or lose a class credit. If you are pulled from the waitlist less than one hour before class, there is no penalty. Fees are automatically charged to the card on file.
